Heather's arrest

We told you a couple days ago about Heather Locklear’s DUI arrest, but the story’s gotten a lot weirder…

It seems that a stalker or obsessed fan may have made the 911 call reporting Heather to police and then, allegedly, the same woman called the media in too!

Attorney Nick Tepper, who reps the woman in question, Jill Ishkanian, told Extra, “At no time did my client call the paparazzi.”  However, Marc Mann, owner of KM Press Group, told TMZ that Ishkanian did call him after she called 911.
