What's Kate stuck her nose into?

Famous/infamous model, Kate Moss, was spotted last night leaving the Ivy Club in Soho, London with what looked suspiciously like burns on her nostrils.

Now, being an innocent person, I’m inclined to think this could be sunburn or maybe she’s had a bad cold that’s caused her sore nose… or maybe she’s back to her old ways? Time will tell no doubt!
